Please join the Comstock Township Library’s Reminiscence Writing Class. You can write about your past or present; you can write essays, stories, fiction, or poems. It’s just a fun, supportive class for people who love to write. Class leader Wilma Kahn has an MFA in Creative Writing and a DA in English.
The group will meet Tuesday mornings starting on September 19 at 10:00am and continue for six weeks.
How will each class work? Wilma provides optional writing ideas or you can write anything you like. You do your writing at home, share it each week with classmates at the library, and hand it in—in person, by email, or by mail. Wilma will return your writing the following week with helpful comments. Participants will be asked to bring some of their writing to share at the first meeting. Bring a memoir vignette, an essay, a story, or a few poems. Visit the Events calendar, call or visit the library to register. Hope to see you this fall!
